559 Beer - Clovis

Stopped by for a beer while walking around the Pistachio Fest in Old Town. Three of us sat at a table, a server comes over to us and said, are going to eat , I told her We were just getting a beer. She informed us that tables were for those dining only, and we could go to the patio for just a beer, she was rather abrasive. So we go up the patio, order 3 beers, not very cold beers, I walk to the window and ask for some ice, a different, also abrasive server said, well the thing is, we are really short on ice . This was a FRIDAY and they had just opened! But, those dining, all had ice in thier waters and other drinks! So i drank as much as i could of my warm beer?. My husband went inside to use the restroom, he was stopped by TWO different employees asking him if he was dining there, he explained we already purchased beer and not dining, if they were not going to let him go to the bathroom because he was not purchasing food. The whole experience was very ridiculous and that was not our first experience there but it will definitely be our last now! Oh and they couldn 't break a 100.00 bill for a 25.00 purchase, again, it was FRIDAY evening! We spoke to 2 different sets of customers by us, one had the same experience when attempting to use the restroom, and he WAS dining?. The others also asked for ice for thier warm beer and were denied as well! ?

Sparkle Soojian is the worst server/receptionist EVER. She couldn 't handle taking two people 's order even though we were only ordering one item each. She yelled at us to slow down and was extremely frustrated that she couldn 't get the order right. She kept touching the iPad and muttering. She demanded that we tip her. Who does that? Then she gives us the wrong order, touches our food, cries that she 's going to get fired over HER mistake, and then goes and tells the other customer that those two girls ate your food and didn 't tell me. She is very unprofessional, rude, and needs to get fired. She doesn 't know what customer service is. The food wasn 't good and very overpriced. Do yourself a favor and don 't go there. Sparkle also thinks she looks good but if you look at her, she just constantly looks constipated. Idk who she thinks she is but she needs to humble herself.

Super great service! Great staff. And good beer food bites! I came on a night when they were super swamped and they accommodated my party by get another seating area set up. Of course 6 feet apart!
