Went there during lunch hour, it took 55 minutes before we got out food. Food was great but doubt we dine in again if it takes that long for service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chicken Fried

Food last night was down right disgusting. The kitchen did a terrible job. Our sides were half filled. The chicken fried chicken was bland and fatty (or flour not cooked through). The gravy tasted like flour. The potato soup may have been burned. It was dark and had a weird taste. Ordered a dumpling meal that literally had five dumplings swimming in broth. Cinnamon apples barely had apples. I have never experienced this type of service here but last night was frustrating. I already put in a comment and gave feedback.

Eating was decent, but the chicken salad sandwich tasted more like a patty melt than huh. the salads were great. the hummingbird cake was excellent. the staff was very friendly and helpful, but underoccupied so that the floors and tables are needed to drive.

Good food with even better service, my server Ana made sure my complicated order was correct and made sure everything was served promptly and correct. She definitely made my overall Cotton Patch experience a great one! 9/10 food and 10/10 service!
