Pizza Hut Delivery - Cluj-Napoca

I never ate such a bad pizza, burned and disgusting. I and my family will never order from them again.

Bad experience! a bad sweat with qualified staff. overtrial prices for cheap products. broken furniture and dirt in the dining room, plus toilet

It is a good place for a quick bite. They have besides pizza, tacos, pasta, deserts, ribs, smooties, coffee, drinks...the outdoor space is right in the way of everyone getting in or out the mall. The service is good, food came fast. The staf was...nice.

Was looking forward to pizza hut all week as where I live doesnt have a pizza hut or many restaurants in general. Pizza was overcooked...my cola was flat but I let the first one slide. The second one was basically coloured water. I took it...up to the bar as trying to attract waiters/waitresses attention in a basically empty large restaurant proved difficult. The barman poured it out with attitude and filled me another. I told him again its mainly water and as he was using the machine I showed him how it is water coming out not cola. Maybe you need to change It I politely said. His reply was nothing I can do about it I then asked in front of other staff members as they hung around the bar on their mobile phones, Why can't you at least offer me an other solution such as an apology or a different drink. He shrugged his shoulders. I returned to my table to finish my pizza without a beverage. Wont be back here...ever!

I went with my familly adults and another family ad and one kid to have a nice meal at we waited like min until someone came to us . we ordered some pizza for kids-by the way--is not so good...after all, and a quessedilla for me. they came with the pizzas for kids but no quessa for me. they've never come back to bring what i ordered or just to see if we need anything else, even if we wave to our server. but he put the quessa on the bill. then it took like min until he take it out of the bill ...he talk to someone in the kitcken and i don't know anything else then he came to us after min and told us we don't have to pay for quessa....don't even apologise. I worked in the USA for two summers and i worked in a restaurant but not in a million years would have happened what happenned here....bad bad mannaging here. It was the first time we eat at pizza hut in cluj and the last time. I WILL NEVER COME BACK there anymore.
