Noodle Bar - Asian Bistro - Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional and the overall cleanliness and presentation are excellent. However, this was my first and last time at this noodle bar. I was not impressed with the flavor and taste of the food. I tried three different menu items and only enjoyed the chicken lettuce wrap, which was delicious. The noodles shrimp bowl lacked flavor, with the only saving grace being the shrimp. The California roll was also disappointing, with dry and flavorless crab. The restaurant did not meet my expectations in terms of food taste. I recommend the executive chef to explore some of the Pho restaurants and sushi bars in Los Angeles for inspiration. Some items on the menu could use more flavor, in my opinion.

I recently sampled the wonton soup and Mongolian beef at this restaurant. The beef dish was wonderfully spicy and packed with bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, and green onions. The soup, chicken wings, and egg rolls were all delicious as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was and I'm eager to return to explore more of their menu options in the future.

This restaurant is a fantastic place to dine! It was my second visit and I was impressed with the excellent service and delicious food. Everything was beautifully presented and the restaurant was spotless. We all had a wonderful time and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend it!

Great place to dine! Food is awesome! We love eating here and ask to be seated at counter to watch the chefs at work. We have had Scott as our waiter 4 out of 5 times and are never disappointed. Our meal we like to order is the sweet and sour pineapple chicken and a bowl of won ton soup! Can?t go wrong with anything you order! ??

Excellent place to eat and drink. Even though this was my first sushi bar it's easy to tell they are going all out for quality service and cuisine. I had the dragon roll and it was nothing short of phenomenal, wonderful burst of flavor with the shrimp, avocado and mix of sauces that accompany it. The drinks are also top notch. Fully recommend this place for get-togethers and personal celebrations. Also last time I went there was a sweet elderly chef who would frequently hand out a big plastic wrap of candy to customers. Sure people are still concerned with covid and such but I found the thought of her generosity appealing and kind so I gave her a $20 tip as did another customer who saw the same as I.
