From the dining room, you can also see the brewing room with really clean floors! You can see they take pride in the beer making. The beer selection is good too. A lovely spot to check out while you are in the region and it is right across the Coaticook ice cream factory too, where we had dessert.
I've visited this restaurant while on a camping weekend with friends. We arrived around 8, the restaurant wasn't crowd-y, so we could be seated at the terrace. They have a great selection of tasty beers. I ordered their Cesar Salad and my friends ordered burgers and fries. Their dessert made of brownies, bacon and beer is to die for....The other one not so much. They serve big portions of food but the service was extremely slow.
This place is great for only a good beer or get some food. The menu is not big but they handle it perfectly. They have a big and sunny terrasse outside and the service is really good.
Although we weren't looking for a full meal, we decided to order French fries and some local squeaky cheese. Both were delicious, but the cheese stood out as one of the best I’ve had in a long time. We enjoyed our time on the terrace on a sunny day. While not all tables had umbrellas, the staff was very prompt in accommodating us when we requested to move to a shadier spot, quickly disinfecting the new table for our comfort. Overall, we were very impressed by the impeccable service and the delicious beers!
The food menu isn’t extensive, but most of the dishes are excellent. They serve some of the best fried calamari I've ever had. The salmon tartare was a bit spicy, and I wished there was more salmon in it, but it was still enjoyable. Their nachos are great, and the fish and chips looked really delicious. The only item I didn’t care for was the mozzarella cheese spread for the bread—it had a bit of a bland flavor. I would definitely return whenever I’m in Coaticook. They also offer brewery tours with beer tastings, and I hope to experience that someday!
