Cafe 21 - Colchester

I have only sampled the ice cream at Cafe 21, but it has become my favorite spot in town for a refreshing treat. My go-to flavor is lemon, although the raspberry is fantastic as well. Both options are incredibly creamy with bold, refreshing flavors. The prices for a scoop of ice cream are average (around a couple of pounds), but the quality is definitely above average!

There were signs on the window stating that it had vegan options. In fact they have 4 options. The breakfast was 20p more than the meat option and simply had those items taken off and substituted with avocado and mushrooms plus no free coffee. I'm sick of being ripped off by restauraunts jumping on the bandwagon but not truly supporting vegan lifestyles when they charge more for less this is certainly one of them.

Lovely vegan waffle with nuts, maple syrup and banana ana cream

Had a yummy full English style vegan breakfast with the family. It was a whole avocado, toast, baked beans, mushrooms and grilled tomato. Highly recommended.

I fucked that broth when I was a celiac or just an intolerance.
