The Bonnie Blue - Colchester

Phoned this pub to see if they could accommodate about 40 people for brunch the day after my daughter’s wedding. Everyone wanted to watch the women’s World Cup semi final match with England playing. What an amazing find this pub was. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. There were lots of televisions and even a great garden for my two grandsons. Can’t praise this pub enough.

Had my mums 70th birthday party there. Was faultless. Great day and evening. Food was great. Staff were fantastic. Bouncy castle laid on for the kids just brilliant all round.

It wasn’t so Bonnie. Offered food outside on signs went in got told by one staff member they had no staff we walked out and took our business elsewhere

Epic take away Roast. Every time is perfect, always have the mixed meat. Top meat, roasties and gravy. Keep up the good work Kelv!

Brilliant service and excellent food for eight gentlemen. Three courses plus coffee and mince pies. We agreed it was the best Christmas meal we had eaten this season. We have eaten breakfast and dinner here and always had a good meal and at a good price.
