Great service from Cameron and Sophie. My husband is gluten free and they were very accommodating with diving up the shared Camembert starter yesterday. Also brought my daughter back this evening to celebrate her 18th birthday (she's also gluten free) and we both enjoyed the chocolate fondant desert and somepink gin. Thank you.

We were served by Nancy and Tina (Nancy’s first shift but you wouldn’t know it! . Lovely hostesses, excellent attention to detail. Our chef was Joel. The food was outstanding! Pub grub, but at its finest. The fish and chips and steak and ale pie were incredible! Everything was served with such finesse and piping hot. Very reasonably priced for such a wonderful evening out. The manager Cameron was fantastic with the kids. Brilliant pub with a fantastic atmosphere. Thank you!

We had a Thursday night dinner for two and the food and the service was superb! It was a spontaneous booking for a same night table within an hour, all done quickly and easy on the web. In truth, we could've simply turned up without booking, but better to be on the safe side as it is popular! We were seated and served very quickly and efficiently by Tina and Sarah. Our drinks and food arrived quickly and were fresh and hot (the food! . We had 3 courses... the mains from the new specials menu superb quality and taste thanks to Joel the chef, who popped out to say hello and check on our food. Overall this was an excellent dining experience, with very friendly and attentive staff. Thank you.
