Arrived on a rainy Friday night at 6:32 pm to a nearly empty restaurant, only to be asked to vacate our table for another party after 2 hours despite ample empty tables around. The disappointment deepened with slow service, mediocre food, and a less-than-ideal experience, tarnishing what was supposed to be an exciting visit for karaoke. A 45-minute rainy commute felt wasted due to the subpar atmosphere and service.

Myself and 3 others went here on Thursday for R&B bingo. The dj was good and though service was slow and food mediocre we decided to return Friday for karaoke because we had fun with R&B bingo. Bad decision. After about 10 mins of sitting at our table no one had come over to us, so we flagged down one of the servers and he told us he wasn 't our server but he would get us water. After about 15 mins we flagged down another server. He also told us he wasn 't our server. After about 20 mins we flagged down a female server and ask her if she was our server. (We weren 't mean or rude because we weren 't even fustrated, we were just trying to identify our server . She acknowledges that she is our server but she snaps at us and tells us she has other tables to attend to and walks away. She was VERY RUDE! When she comes back we are all so taken aback we are trying to decide if we even wanted to stay. I kindly say to her, I can see you are frustrated but imagine how we feel, we have been here over 20 mins just waiting . She snaps again!!! This time my sister begins to respond to her (because that 's now twice she has been rude , but before my sister can get out what she was going to say the waitress says I dont have to do this and walks away. (We later realized she went and got security on us ??‍ . We get up to leave and the waiter we had the night before remembered us and asked us to stay and allow him to service us. But it was too late. Her attitude was a mood killer. I can not settle for bad service especially at an establishment that puts an automatic 20% gratuity on the check. Unfortunately because of that experience with that bad server I can 't recommend this place.Edit: as you can see from the owners response to my review and all other negative reviews, he/she doesn 't hold their staff accountable or take accountable as an owner. Everything in his/her response is a lie. My sister NEVER got in there server 's face and if we were causing a scene why would one of the servers ask us to stay so that he could service us? In addition two of the server apologized to us for the rude server 's attitude. The fact that the owner is making an excuse for bad service and rude staff, let 's me know this place won 't be around long.

Don’t walk but run to this place.First time there and it did not disappoint.Great food,service and atmosphere

New spot Don and I checked out for Valentines date night, and it was such a nice, relaxed, and cozy atmosphere ?!Our waitress Lori was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The food was good, made to order, and live musicians came up at about 7:30pm. We also met both owners (male African American)We thoroughly enjoyed our date night, and we will visit again!Vegetarian options: Non meat options are available
