My husband had the halibut n chips and I had the broiled haddock with a salad. I don't usually eat Haddock but this was the best I have ever had. Good portion, good food and great service. We will definitely be back!
Went in for the first time today for a take out and was greeted by the owner. Ordered the Fisherman's platter. I said to him we will see if its as good as English fish and chips to which he replied he is English! Well the wait time for our order was no time at all. The smell coming from the bag was so incredible that we salivated all the way home. Oh my gosh we were in for a treat! This was so delicious, not greasy and the batter was perfect! and yes it was authentic English fish and chips. Thank you so much, we are planning our next visit already. If you are looking for a great little fish and chips restaurant look no farther.. this is it, they are the real thing :
Amazing!! Halibut was so light and crispy...not greasy or mushy...Friendly staff and quick service...highly recommend this restaurant...yum yum..
I absolutely adore this restaurant and the food is incredibly delicious. I was in search of a nice drive that led us to a spot where we could enjoy some tasty fries, and this place not only fit the bill but also offered excellent fish and mushy peas that reminded me of my mother's cooking. We will definitely be returning to sample more items on the menu. I have no doubts that the flavors will be outstanding. A big thank you to the Chef for preparing such fantastic food with love and care.
Hands down, the best fish and chips we've ever eaten. I like fish and chips, but normally they leave me feely greasy and with an upset stomach. This was definitely not the case here we ordered a halibut and the haddock, and both were excellent. This is now our go to fish and chips spot and we live a good 25 minutes away! Thanks!!
