Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the 6-piece combination meal. The chicken was very greasy and seemed like it had been cooked in old oil. The side dishes, including the potato and salad, were just as disappointing as the chicken. The potato was not fresh and could not be eaten, so I ended up not finishing anything on my plate.
Recently my sisters visited niece and I Collinwood and decided to stop at KFC. Based on previous experience, the service and food was excellent, so the only thing I can say it must have been changes in ownership over the last 3-4 years....The cashier (Cathy) was very unfriendly and came as angry. We spent $60.00 under 4 families. This was about 8:00 and close to their closing time. I watched the cook with Cathy, but we were not sure why. Later we learned that they do not have enough pieces of chicken to pick up our order and make it into pieces and pieces. We were so disappointed and angry and called back to complain, but Cathy decided to hang on us. I called the cook again this time and recommended that she would pay back completely the next day. However, we were visited tourist and it was not convenient to return. 'Poor Service'
The food here is really bad. It surprises me how a KFC can be so bad, this place will give you terrible food. I ordered a chicken piece with frits and gravy. I couldn't eat it, I had to throw it away. The chickens and frits tasted like oil, only Nasty, and the severity was watery. Unreal.
I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant that refuses to accept cash payment. The cashier was entering orders at the checkout, then manually relaying them to the kitchen for customers paying with credit cards. Surprisingly, none of the employees were wearing face masks or gloves. Because I only had cash on me, I was turned away and had to find dinner elsewhere. There was no manager on site to address my concerns. If the restaurant is so concerned about cash, perhaps they should also prioritize proper hygiene practices. I have decided to boycott this restaurant and will not be making any future purchases there. I have also filed a complaint with the company management to address the lack of explanation for their refusal to accept cash and the absence of protective measures for handling food.
This restaurant is a no brainer! The food, which is part of a franchise with set recipes, was a disappointment. The chicken was overcooked, very dark in color, and extremely dried out. It seemed like it was cooked twice. It was so dry and disgusting. I tried calling the restaurant to speak with the manager, but no one answered. I spent $46 on the meal, which ended up being a waste. I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs, and I don't have anything against them.
