Subway - Collingwood

Food was good. But the employe who were serving us was very rude. We felt like they didn't wanted to serve us, may be he or she was racist. The employee was a big healthy one.I hope owner of the store read this.

Giving only one star because I had to. I was there at 9:50 PM and the store closes at 10:00PM. When I entered the girl working there told me that they are closed. I was outside the store for 5 mins searching for another nearby eatery. When I saw the time it was 9:55PM. I went in the store again to ask that she still has 5 mins and it was only one sub that she had to make. She was so rude and told me that only 5 mins were left and that she also has to clean all the things. I understand that the workers are tired and want to go home after a long shift but this is unacceptable. Very disappointing. Owner should definitely take action.

I won’t recommend this place to anyone, please try to avoid this subway,the girl who took our order was too rude. On this 23rd of December me family went to this place after a long 3 hr drive. The girl(Indian girl )who took our order that day spoiled our entire vacation mood and was arrogantly justifying her mistakes as we asked for one meatballer ,cheese steak from the menu. She was so confused and even making us confused about the order we placed. She don’t even know how to take order.“Subway please try to train your employees how to behave to customers ”PS: Other girl who billed us was nice.

This location is one of my favourites. The staff are always friendly and the store is always clean. It's located across from a high school and gets very busy sometimes but the staff work hard to keep everything clean and stocked. I appreciate it very much. Thanks to the staff for making my lunch breaks great.
