Breadtalk Lipton - Colombo

I am writing this review in order to assist the management in improving the quality of service. It appears that the staff at the front counter are not focused on providing good service to customers. I recently encountered this unfortunate situation just a few minutes ago.

I recently visited the restaurant on 25/12/2021 around noon and ordered an Americano with a chocolate muffin. Unfortunately, the service was lacking as the person at the counter seemed disinterested and more focused on their cellphone than helping customers. The tables had not been cleaned after the previous customers left, which was disappointing. It's no surprise that some of their outlets had to be closed considering the lack of attention to detail.

The snacks here are good. The chocolate cake is excellent. The exprsso was very good. The service o k. Seating available. Bread talk but no bread

The cakes here are very good specially during the Christmas season. The cakes are fresh and tasty. The hotdog also good.

We had a tasty, quick and easy snack. it was a delicious meal. recommend for anyone who wants quick and yummy snack.
