Dao Krua Thai - Colombo

The Thai food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend trying the Tom Yum soup and the Pad Thai noodles. The outdoor seating is a nice touch, and the service is top-notch. Don't forget to try the chilli paste - you'll thank me later!

The Thai food at this restaurant is delicious with fresh ingredients. The portions are decent, but the prices have gone up a bit, now costing around 6-8k per person.

One of my favourite go-to places in Colombo, especially for Thai food. Food tastes amazing and very spicy love it. Most of the Ingredients seems to be authentic and you see Dao sometimes picking herbs and chilies in the garden. Time to time Dao her self comes and great the guests and that was so sweet of her. Tom yum soup here probably would be my favourite together with the Spicy Thai fried rice which I usually order with a minced pork dish. Thai milk tea is to die for. Definitely a must try place to those who love Thai food or/and wanted to eat something really spicy and yummy

Best Thai food I tried outside Thailand! A very beautiful place, peaceful ambience, interior, made with love, great outdoor seats. The food was above all expectations! I'm sure you're in your mouth. The owner/cook is the favorite lady who even grows her own basil, gallangal, pepper and much more in her garden. So you can imagine how fresh and authentic the taste is. Very recommended! Bangkok comes to Colombo because the food is authentic and has amazingly much taste. The portions are very generous and will blow your mind. Larb is delicious Dao is brilliant
