Mcdonald's Kotahena - Colombo

Poor service. they have a huge line waiting to get their orders, but the staff has sessions. really? and when I saw a mc donalds, it didn't prepare any pommes. they took more than one command. the smell is bad. comes young, this is an international business that holds the standards.

I ordered big mac for me and my daughter. the burger is over fried and I can't bite because so much hard. they should check time to time when they have more customers.

The prices are super high, but the food quality is low, I got dried bun and patty was also dry, the French fries were soggy and dry, the food is not equal to the price, they should decrease price or increase the quality of food. The drink also tastes different here for some reason

Nice and easy! Quicker service delivery in the drive-through! Big Mac and spicy chicken are our favorites !

Worst branch in McDonald's ever. The quality and quantity of the portions are very much poor compared to other branches. I regularly dine at their kollupitiya branch which is Superb and had a BAD delivery experience in this kotahena branch. Don't ever try at this branch. Careless STAFFF. Very Dissapointed!!!
