Pizza Hut - Colonial Heights

I had the WORSE experience in this restaurant. The pizza was terrible and took the pizza forever. Call the place three times before they finally pick up my order. The cashier didn't even recognize me when I got in. The pizza needed forever to be made. I'll never go back to this pizza hut. It costs a lot of money. There is no word to say how terrible this is

Food was correct. The wait time inside was insane. People were polite but seemed like they needed a lot of help

I don't understand why anyone would choose this restaurant. I certainly won't be coming back. Don't expect your food to arrive on time, or even to be prepared correctly. Additionally, they don't seem to offer any of their advertised promotions. Oh, and if you need a refund for an online order, be prepared to wait a week for it to process. That's all there is to it. If you're looking for pizza from a chain in CH, go with Papa John's or Domino's instead. Stay away from this place.

It would be fantastic if my kids could receive their sticker books. This has happened twice now, and we still haven't received any.

It's Pizza Hut. Like any other chain pizza place, you can rely on their consistency.
