The original location is a gem of the ONEN and a great place for a coffee or a cocktail year round. The patios offer dog friendly space and the back patio also allows smoking. 5 years and going strong, the book themed libations are a fun twist.Happy Hour is 4-6 M-F and White Claws are extra special on Wednesday. There is a daily special frittata, soup, flatbread, andGF cheesecake. Great for people of all eating inclinations.

My friend and I have now made this a weekly spot for our night out! The staff is super friendly! Food is more than amazing and the drinks are to die for. The service is always super quick and everything is always clean! They even have some options fordogs! I've taken my corgi out on their patio and they have loved him up! Definitely one of the best spots if you're looking forsome night life in the Springs.

So I come here a lot for drinks and simple food. The appetizers are especially bomb but I really come back because the staff is so real and easy to talk to. I feel like they genuinely want me here. My only complaint is the hours are odd for the kind ofplace this is and being that I work graveyard shifts it's sometimes difficult to come here. But they love my dog too so thehours won't stop me.

Staff was alright. Inside was loud. The food was good, I enjoyed the atmosphere other than it being super loud. Seems like a good place to meet up with friends.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of sharing a gorgeous fall afternoon with one of my favorite humans on this lovely patio! I had a delicious chocolate tea? who knew that was a thing?!?! And my friend ordered a delectable cinnamon roll, andluxurious latte! The staff was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable? We definitely will be going back!
