Pizza Boli's - Columbia

The staff at this restaurant is extremely rude. They frequently get orders wrong and ignore customers when they try to correct them. The food is also much lower quality than expected, and they may even deny responsibility for their own mistakes.

I am disappointed to say that this restaurant, which used to be my favorite, has seen a noticeable decline in quality over the past year and a half. I used to love their Hawaiian pizza and Honey BBQ wings, but recently everything seems to have changed for the worse. I hoped that maybe it was just a new cook and that the old quality would return, but my most recent visit confirmed that this place is no longer worth going to. The Honey BBQ wings were particularly disappointing - they were overly salty and sour, completely lacking the sweet and tangy flavors that BBQ implies. It seems like the restaurant has lost its touch in the kitchen, and I suspect that many of the positive reviews were written before the decline in quality.

Today I had a terrible and disrespectful experience at a restaurant that I frequently order from and always tip well. After waiting for about an hour for my food to arrive, which was almost cold by the time it got to me, the server was rude when I asked for a discount. I believe that basic courtesy is lacking in today's society. This restaurant used to be great, but now it's just not up to par.

I'm disappointed with my experience. I ordered a cheese steak sub and wing and although the sub mall it was his task. the huh on the other side was not what I order, they give them option to dinge and for what are not recognized. also the wings were cold. how do they get cold wings when the location 5 minutes from where they stay? I was just not impressed and unfortunately will not go there again.

Food is great but it's a bit pricey I can drive 15-20 minutes out to the Bolis in the Baltimore region and get a large halal pizza with two toppings for less than $17 but here, for pick up, it's $20!
