The staffing seemed stretched during my visit, and there were no smiles at the ordering station. However, the dining area was clean, and the men's restroom was well-maintained. It's always a good idea to double-check your food order before leaving! The outdoor area was well-kept, but the restaurant feels more suited for takeout rather than dining in. It seems that most customers are eating their lunches in their trucks or cars, reminiscent of the Covid era.
Slow service even though I ordered online with a pickup time, I still waited 10 mins more. Not to mention I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich. I always check my stuff before I leave because I know fast food always make mistakes so when I check my blackened chicken sandwich, it was extremely tiny. The whole bread was suffocating the little tiny chicken I immediately told her no this is not what I want. This does not look like the picture that you guys are showing on the screen. This place is a mess.
I only stopped in there to get their fish but the cashier said that that location has never offered fish. I settled for a chicken sandwich which was delicious. I bought my husband a chicken box to take home and he said it was very good. I would gladly stop by and grab lunch there again.Wheelchair accessibility: They did have a wheelchair entrance.
Not much good to say. I have tried the place many times and it just never gets better. The chicken was so dry I had to drink water to get it down. The gravy was salty and watery. Dry biscuits and mealy warm mashed potatoes. I'm done with Popeyes.
