I ordered my food on the web at 11:45 with a scheduled pickup at 12:15. I came at 12:20 and waited until 12:40 for my food. When I got him, I asked about my cup that I really should have got 20 minutes earlier when I arrived. The girl in the register told me I had no drink. I assured her that I did, but despite the physical order slipped in her hand, I had to pull my order intake on my phone to get my cup. The food was good, but not $20 good.
