Contribuisci feedbackI came out and was hungry had a taste for this place. Who sat in the line and when I finally ordered the orderer was so rude. I asked a question she answered with an attitude and told me to look at boredom. When I came to the window, she went to another employee who went, so I asked her questions about my food and instead of answering me, she talked to other customers on the microphone ignored me. So I drove away without the food. I'm not going back to this place. If you have a bad day, don't come to work with the bs... Light service
They think they lick people. Full price for spicy chicken after they have done the chicken patties changed to this cheap stuff
This is a 0-star rating. I usually order through the app that is fantastic. Last time, the guy in the window tried to calculate for a free burger paid with reward points. His argument was, I didn't have the app ma 'am so idk, what you say, way to overthrow Wendy's with this. Only complicated it after I stopped the line where it was already free. TONIGHT 9/5 between 10-11, was terrible and I will never be back. He ordered a Baconator LARGE Combo. After waiting in line NO LESS as 30 minutes dreading my food was cold from sitting, we come to the speaker and say it is a pickup. Give the name and get IMMEDIATELY told UM WE DON 'T HAVE THAT with posture. I have confirmed the address so I have returned the posture to say yes. And it was for everything. We'll say there's no soda, so I have a big water. Good, no big deal. We had a second order of 3 chicken sandwiches that are still needed for paid. Get into the window, the woman with attitude asks the online order to which we say ITS BEEN PAID FOR. We get the food, THANKFULLY it was hot, except the pommes are a SMALL in a red container. I ask that this is a big and yet again a posture If it is in a red container, then no, so I said ISN 'T LARGE and she TAKES IT BACK (Covid-19 ew bet it mixed with the other fries) and gave me a LARGE. Then she goes. We're sitting because we don't have the LARGE WASSER. We have asked, and she thinks we mean the Fritten so that she says that she is not a LARGE RIGHT THERE? and I finally snap and scream WE ORDERED A DRINK!!!! and suddenly she knew how to move fast. Absolutely ridiculous that you get this way to the people for the basic service.
I asked the cashier why they had no gloves. Proposed that they should treat all foods with gloves and open them immediately. Thanks for listening!
Usually have good experiences at other wendys but wait 15 minutes with one person in front of me and order a spicy chicken meal and the asiago ranch chick sandwich meal and got two regular chicken sandwiches and old-tasting tea with the meal :
