I didn't catch her name and it was probably because it took her 15-20 mins to acknowledge my friend and I. When she finally did it felt like she was obligated to speak.Wasn't sure if she was just rude, if it was her normal response to customers, or if she was in a bad mood or what. Either way that doesn't matter because there is no excuse! I work in customer service and would never treat anyone the way I was. I would urge you to go NOT TO GO IN HERE. I will never go back because this was an awful experience! Needless to say we never got a drink... in all my 36 years I have never had to deal with such unprofessionalism!
They tend to over serve when it is obvious that person is drunk . If seen it happen multiple times.
Funny how this place sits right next door to another bar, so if you get bored at one you can hit the other...... Been here a few times now, and it's a dive, a clean dive, but a dive.....The people I've met here are nice, the bartenders are friendly, and they are not skimpy on mixed drinks either..... They have a couple of pool tables and dart boards which is typical at most bars, but to find a place that doesn't have that clicky feel to it when you walk in is nice : it's also nice to see a wide range of age groups that can all have a good time together.... They don't serve food, it's alcohol and fun time with friends only, but don't let that scare you off from leaving your comfort zone and making some new friends here :
This place is a fun, clean dive bar! The only downside was the loud man at the end of the bar, who actually provided some great entertainment. The bartenders are charismatic and attractive—Brittany and Kelley, you both rock! They offer cute mini pitcher options and have a wide variety of liquor choices.
I'm currently enjoying a strong Grey Goose and cranberry at Fitzwilly's, a place I've been wanting to visit for some time since I live nearby. Right when I arrived, I witnessed the bartender, Tracey, handle a drunk patron with impressive sass and professionalism, ensuring the safety of her other customers. Afterward, she took the time to shake my hand and introduce herself, which I appreciated. A few weeks later, I came back, and this time, Steve was behind the bar. He asked for my name and mixed fantastic, strong drinks with great customer service. When I returned just a week later, I was pleasantly surprised that Steve remembered my name! If you're looking for excellent cocktails in a cozy, small-town atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out Fitzwilly's.
