Sachin Tendulkar's favorite restaurant is fantastic. The place is clean and spacious with parking available. The staff is polite and the food is delicious, especially the authentic goat dishes. The atmosphere is grand. Overall, it is an amazing dining experience.
This charming, historical restaurant has a welcoming and mature atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of options, particularly traditional Goan dishes. All of the dishes we tried were flavorful and portion sizes were generous. The prices were fair. Upon request, they even packed Bebinca for us. Additionally, they had a live singing performance. While parking was busy, it was well organized.
We went to Martin's corner for dinner. The place was quickly crowded - it is always better to make a reservation before you go. We ordered chicken steak, grilled fish and some vegetarian dishes. The food was good, the chicken steak was small, but the fish size was... very big. The desserts were also great. There was a live performance. A family ordered almost a crab and the living crab was brought to her table to show her before the meal. Overall, it was a good experience. There were young people, families and business colleagues. A good experience.
I have been visiting Martin's corner on all my Goa Visits. Though this is first time I am writing a review of this famed goa institution. We had gone their for a dinner and chose Prawns in Papad for starter along with a pan fried...Red Snipper in Goa masala. My wife choose a Tom yum soup while I decided to stick to scotch Prawns in Papad did not turn out to what we had imagined as it were better fried over the papad so we could not feel the crunchiness of the Papad, other wise the dish was fine, Tom yum soup was fine , but the pen fried Red snipper justified the fame of the watery . It was fresh , fish was properly marinated , the masala was perfect blend of sweet and tangy. For main course we had fish curry rice , which was fine but we were quite full by that time. Would recommend to make you pick from the catch of the day and get it cooked to you liking. The eatery had live singing and it was full and buzzing, though Goa has now many fancy restaurants closer to beach at great location but Martin's has a charm and i will continue to return to it in my future visits.
