Carvel - Commack

I ordered a custom photo cake and it turned out exactly as I had requested. The ice cream was incredibly fresh and creamy, with a generous amount of crumbs in the center of the cake. The restaurant is always bright, clean, and welcoming every time I visit.

I really enjoyed visiting this Carvel location. The facility was well maintained and showed signs of excellent management. The employee who assisted me with my cake order was friendly and compassionate, ensuring that my family and I had a satisfying dining experience.

The Dark green icing cream colour of the cake was so strong that all ten guests and ourselves had Dark green lips; mouth ; fingers and nails. It was so bad that , Inspite of washing with soap , it didn’t go away. Bummer -Everyone had dark green stools for continuously 3 days some guests faced upset stomach including me . After informing Ms.May, all I got was an unapologetic sorry.Definitely never ordering from here again. Not recommended!!!!

Unfortunately, everyone had dark green stools for three days straight, and some guests, including myself, experienced stomach upset. When I informed Ms. May, all I received was an unapologetic sorry. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. Not recommended!
