Dunkin' - Commack

Very nice staff with limited supply of products. Not good to have coffee there, few tables and not attractive.

Zero stars. Went 7pm or later 3 times.. never again. Night crew just don't want to work. Bad attitude, slow, they talk to their friends outside of the store.. don't want to fulfill any night orders. If you order anything other than cup of coffee they give you hard time, they literally don't work after 7:45pm..

Yesterday I went in I was dealing with this boy name joshua he is so sweet he keeps the store nice and clean and Cooks the best and makes the drinks the best lol I come in all the time he’s so sweet

I love this dunkin '! i used to work at the miller 's down the road, and i would work a LOT of doubles. I 'd order on the app and stop in before my opening shift, and the manager (i never got her name but she had blondish/dirty blonde hair) would always greet me with a smile and a have a nice day! and it would genuinely make my day. She was seriously the sweetest and i miss her (i don 't go in early anymore so i have no idea if she 's still there). I 've never had my order be incorrect and never encountered a rude employee. Even though i no longer work down the road, this is still the only dunkin ' i 'll go to. Way better than the one near mcdonald 's on vanderbilt. My coffee is always correct, the food is always good (i used to order the same thing before my double shifts, hash browns and a beyond sausage wake up wrap or sandwich) and sometimes they 'd even give me extra hash browns! Always made me feel special and definitely helped me get through those doubles. When looking at the recent reviews with one star, keep in mind we 're still in a pandemic and many people in this area are rude asHELL to food service workers. (i would know, i lived it). Treat people with kindness, that 's all.

I was at this store to buy an ice cream cake, picked up from the freezer, paid and ask them to do a wrtting but before she did that i saw the lady bug ? cake and asked for a switch they said NO because i already paid. But it's in your possession and you haven't written on it why can't i switch they refuse for a few min and later agreed but wont return the balance because the Lady bug cake was cheaper. And now they only have blue icing to do the writing . You have an orange and black cake and writing in blue, DOES THIS ADD UP? Customer service 0
