Bison was cooked to perfection, and the green chili and cream cheese was a well balanced flavor but the Chipotle smoked gouda was my favorite! Well done!

Tremendously tasty bison, perfectly cooked, dressed and served. And those chips! Sublime. See you fellas soon and thank you for killer food!
