Panda Express - Commerce City

This restaurant continues to receive negative reviews for a reason: poor service and unsanitary conditions. It's unfortunate because I actually enjoyed the food, but the staff, particularly the lady, tends to ignore customers and is quite rude. Additionally, they don't seem to handle food safely.

Overall, the staff is very welcoming. As soon as you enter, they all enthusiastically greet you. The food quality is consistently good, which is why I usually enjoy coming here. However, I am giving a one-star review due to a frustrating experience I had. While I was being served by the store manager (I could see her name tag), another Panda Express employee cut in line to take the order of the person behind me. Despite the manager informing her that I was being served and that she needed to wait, she argued and continued to interrupt. This level of service is quite disappointing. Basic courtesy would be to respect the queue, and it was outrageous that she ignored the manager's request. This incident occurred between 2:40 PM and 2:45 PM on the same day of this review. If you have any in-store cameras, feel free to check the footage.

Parking: There are about 15 spots close to the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access.

I usually have pretty high standards for Panda Express. You'd think being out here in Ritzy Reuinion it'd be top notch but it was really over priced lackluster. 11 shrimp, 3 crab cheese wontons, chow mein and a drink for 17 bucks. I actually watched the server take out a piece of shrimp when she was filling the container... The shrimp were soggy and not crisp as advertised, the wontons were bland and had little to no flavor at all. The chow/lo mein was alright. Customer service was non existant Support your local businesses folks. Won't be back.

Everytime I eat here o get great service and their food is always fresh. Only issue I have is they never give me the chop sticks I ask for.
