This hotel embodies what you expect from accommodations. The service is excellent, and the rooms provide a comfortable place to rest. Its location is convenient, with stores and restaurants nearby to cater to your travel needs. If you're planning to explore Los Angeles during your stay, having a car is highly recommended. Overall, I’d rate the rooms 5 out of 5.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, I noticed that there were several pending transactions on my card. The bartender seemed disinterested in serving African American guests, which was very uncomfortable. My room had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and the bed was small and uncomfortable. Although the hotel is located in a Hispanic neighborhood—something I have no issue with—it felt like African Americans were not welcome. The only positive aspect was its convenient location, just a short walk from an outlet mall. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. I stayed for 7 days, and both the pool area and seating arrangements were well-maintained. There are plenty of activities within walking distance from the hotel to enjoy in the evenings after work. I also didn't encounter any issues with parking. Overall, I would rate the rooms a solid 4 out of 5!

Amazing stay. The front desk agents at this location were incredibly hospitable, especially Claudia. This property was exactly what I needed for my vacation. The restaurant team was amazing as well. I strongly recommend this hotel!Food drinks: The food was delicious and more than what one would expect. The front of house staff at the restaurant were amazing and made it feel like home.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location is a bit far from downtown, but manageable if you have a car. One drawback was the unexpected $10 parking fee per day (which was not mentioned during the reservation), with no guarantee of the safety of the car. Unfortunately, the toilet got clogged at night, and there was no one available for repairs until the next day. The room service only occurs twice a week, and they missed mine during my stay, but they did rectify the situation the next day.On the bright side, it is conveniently located inside a good outlet, offering shopping facilities. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable. It would be better if there was a frigobar. The highlight of the hotel was the breakfast, offering a variety of food and fruits with excellent service.In summary, despite the shortcomings, I would still recommend it as a decent option for a stay.
