Starbucks - Conception Bay South

Usually get coffee thru the drive-thru here and it 's usually fine. I decided to finally head inside and had such a bad experience with the four young girls working behind the counter, the store was empty around 5:00 PM on Sunday, yet no one took our order despite their being four of them talking. After speaking out we finally got our order in, the three of them decided it was a good time to go in the back and proceed to laugh talk loudly for the next 10 minutes, only one girl was actually working at the drive-thru window. I was CONFUSED why no one was making our drinks, after waiting for those 10 minutes one of the girls finally decided to come back and make our drinks. Our drinks were made swiftly and given with just a Here . She was then followed by the others who were carrying milk cartons, so the whole time they were there they were not even grabbing stuff for our drinks. I understand needing to grab things and taking breaks, but their behaviour was extremely mean girl-esque the whole time and it leads me to believe it might have been racially related since I 'm a visible minority. I left the store without even hearing an apology or acknowledged on why the drink that took a minute to make had a 10 minute wait time. Such a shame since all the other starbucks in NL have been friendly and courteous.

The barista was extremely friendly, and the service was impressively quick, especially considering I had a large order. I've never experienced such efficiency at a Starbucks before! I was very impressed. Additionally, the store was exceptionally clean and well-organized.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to my needs.

The staff was wonderful! We enjoyed coffee, tea, and kid-friendly drinks. Everyone liked their beverages.

I always have a fantastic experience at this location. The staff is so enjoyable to talk to, even at the drive-thru, and I never have to wait long. I visit often and plan to keep returning!
