Dairy Queen Store - Concord

Terrible experience! I came here to order a Blizzard for my son, but the cashier was too busy scrolling through her phone to pay attention. After waiting a few minutes, we realized she wasn't even the one who was supposed to help us. When I finally said, "Is there someone who can assist us?" she acted as if we were bothering her. I will never spend a dime at this place again.

The staff is friendly, and the owner is a very personable individual, providing excellent customer service.

I really enjoy the unique ice cream at this place, but they unexpectedly closed 20 minutes early without any explanation. Dairy Queen! Consider yourself fortunate I'm only giving two stars; next time, it might not be so favorable!

Came at 7:25 and they are closed when their hours say 8pm...?

Enjoyed a cold blizzard on a hot day after working in the heat all day. Girl must have been new because she forgot to flip it. I'm glad she did forget because I don't think it would have passed and I was too hot to wait for another ?. Sorry no pic- it was gone too quick
