I first visited Sam Andy's as a freshman at UT in 1984, and I was really disappointed when it closed on The Strip. However, the west location is just as fantastic! Over the past year, I’ve become a regular customer because my terminally ill brother absolutely loved their Roast Beef Provolone steamed sandwich. Naturally, if I was picking one up for him, I had to get something for myself too, haha! When dining in, Sam Andy's has that classic diner vibe and it gets quite busy during lunch. There’s a lively buzz with people placing orders and the staff communicating instructions to each other. If you’re in Farragut, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to a steamed deli sandwich! You won’t find anything as good as Sam Andy's anywhere else!
