Silverlake Ramen - Concord

Whoever said this place was good…THEY LYING. You’re probably looking through reviews debating if this place is good to try out. Well that was me. The place itself, not the best looking. We had to seat ourself. Customer service is a 0. I might as well make my own food because no one was even serving us unless you call them (and they was not busy). Ordered the fried gyoza and it was pretty good. They didn’t give us any plates or anything when giving us appetizers. Ordered the classic ramen with chicken and this was the blandest ramen I’ve ever had. Everything was bland and disgusting. Store bought ramen has more flavor. Was not worth $16!! Then the server is gonna ask for a tip lol Please go somewhere else.

Great experience. Great Service. Good price. Our server was knowledgeable and hilarious.Great food. Flavorful. The Chicken Karaage Bowl was amazing. I got the regular size, and it hit the spot. The rice was on point. Sweet Tea was made to perfection. The sauces are really good. Plus, it's close to Concord Mills, other restaurants, strip mall, and proximity to 485. Delivery services station inside. Clean and fresh restroom.I shall return soon.

Amazing amazing food! tried my friends ramen and the broth alone was to die for. i got the Chicken Karaage Bowl and it was perfect!! super flavorful and spicy!i would definitely recommend take out as my group felt very rushed by staff

Had a wonderful experience with Silverlake. Very homey even when busy and the managers were so sweet. First time having this different kind of ramen and it was a great treat. Couldn’t give a cash tip like I usually do, still left a tip from my card, but I will be prepared next time. Cash tips are better and readily available to the servers.Thank you Silverlake!! You have delicious food!!!

Don't be deterred by the lower ratings; this restaurant is a true contender for the best spicy ramen in Charlotte and undoubtedly the best in the Concord/Salisbury area. The broth is creamier than most, making you want to savor every last bite in the bowl. While there are some cultural quirks from the owners, they can easily be overlooked due to how fantastic the ramen is. The edamame is delightful, and the spicy tuna rice appetizer is outstanding as well. I'm hesitant to give it too glowing a review out of fear that it will become too popular. This place is a must-try!
