This place has some of the best beer and the Hotbox kitchen inside makes some great food as well! I always stop in anytime I am in the area!

Another great brewery! At least the beer part. From very light to very dark this place has a beer for you. We had a snack of pimento and cheese with some kind of fried bread that was greasy and not crispy at all. The cheese spread was good but the portion too small for the amt of crackers. Can't comment on the rest of the food but I would definitely recommend the brews! Plenty of space and a really nice beer tender that worked his butt off! Definitely will return!!!

The spot itself is absolutely massive and I love it. I am sure there can be some great nights here. I went early on a Saturday so it was a little slow. I got a flight of beers some were good and others didn't really hit the mark which is my only point deduction. I actually wish the food was different and they did food trucks or something but that's a whole different review

Southern Strain is an awesome local brewery! Great beers brewed on site. They can almost everything they have and if they don't have it canned, you can get in a growler to go. The food is also really good, it's done by Hot Box, which has their own spot within the brewery. Great brewery to spend time at.

What an awesome brewery right in concord! Great atmosphere, great service, and great beer! Can't forget about HotBox Next level kitchen located inside too! Made for a perfect evening for a lowkey night with the girls! I ordered a flight since it was my first time there! Local vein and fuzzy sweater were my two favorites I also tried all three of the IPAs and I was not disappointed! The staff was very knowledgeable to help us decide which beer to choose for our flight and I liked that they were open later than the other breweries around and their kitchen was still open close to closing!
