Taco Bell - Concord

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. My food was served cold, and when I received the wrong drink, I was frustrated. Instead of resolving the issue, the server reacted negatively when I asked for a correction. To top it off, my drink ended up overly sour because of the mistake. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

We love this Taco Bell! The staff is always so friendly. There have been a few occasions where they went out of their way to enhance our order or make our visit more enjoyable. For these reasons, we keep coming back to this location.

You're a good friend. instead of them money for renovations they would have spent it for better staff and training! 2 times we are here and our order was wrong, and the manager even admitted that their people don't know that the deluxe box doesn't come with Nacho-Fries. to make the dinge even worse, they truncated us on the taco that comes in the box on the pommes.

Sorry food and the service was poor. The restaurant was nasty. I’ll never eat there again. No to mention the girl at register had a potty mouth. Where do they find these people. No one care anymore!!!
