Clean spacious and modern property. Missed our flight and we were able to check in get a bath change and get ready to leave in a few hours. Friendly staff.

I don't normally write reviews but this hotel deserves it. After a nightmare travel day, we booked this hotel last minute while awaiting next day flight from ATL. The service here was superb. They were professional, courteous, and kind even at the 0100am hour. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again and recommend others to do so.

We had the pleasure of staying here twice in a week due to the craziness of the Delta meltdown. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were working overtime to get us in rooms at 10am rather than 4pm because we were all exhausted. Cannot thank this hotel enough for being so generous and understanding in the midst of the chaos.

First, our server Wevelyn at the hotel bar restaurant provided expert service your table. She was very friendly and engaging and answered all of our questions. The rooms are decent. It’s an older property but, the room was clean. You really need to hold down the toilet flush button, a bit of an inconvenience.

Older Renaissance Hotel. No microwave in hotels. Front Desk personnel are nice. Room Service is not the greatest.
