I ended up getting the vegetarian version of the #5. It was delightful fresh and it was delightful eating the leftovers a couple of days after. Highly recommend! Great experience. Thank you Diana!
Food is decent but the customer service is terrible. We shouldn’t have ordered from the beginning. It was our first time at The Works and first time trying “It’s Baked Baby.” We approached the counter and asked the cashier for her recommendation. The cashier happened to be the owner and she responded: “They are all my favorite. I own the place.” Alright… Well we ended up choosing a baked potato without any help of the cashier. We payed and were told that the food would take about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we returned to the counter and they said it wasn’t ready. No problem… We were patient and came back approximately 10 minutes later we returned and were accused of stealing our own food that WE PAYED FOR. The owner had the audacity to say that she was going to check the cameras to make sure we didn’t already take the food. She ended up giving us our food but not the food we originally ordered. We understand that places are understaffed and it’s a Friday but we don’t deserve to be treated as criminals. This situation could have been handled better especially by the owner.
I truly love to support small businesses, but $20 for a baked potato is outlandish- even with current rates of inflation in Atlanta. The potato wasn't flavorful, drowning in way too much sauce. The chicken was gritty and unappetizing. I recommend this business looks for a cheaper space so they can lower their prices, and aim to enhance the quality of their products.
I had the #1 which had steak, mushrooms, onions, and garlic butter. It was soooo tasty. Every thing was flavorful. The customer service was awesome and the staff were super friendly. It was worth the price and the wait.
Way Better Vegan Meal than You can Imagine I was visiting Atlanta and a group of us decided to go to the Chattahoochee Food Works for dinner. We all walked around and reviewed the various vendor 's menus. We all decided to try something different from each of them. We all shared tastes of each other 's meals and at the end everyone agreed, the It 's Baked Bay won for the best dish. I know what you are thinking, how good can a baked potato be? Well that 's where you are wrong. It 's a huge potato with Vegan Chicken, Bacon, Cheese, Scallions and other. The bacon and chicken were outstanding. The seasoning was perfect. Next time I 'm in Atlanta I 'm making a point of eating there.
