Glad I read the comments because I probably would've got scammed like the rest of the people that placed orders online and didn't get their money back . Managers need to reply to negative reviews just like you reply to positive ones to provide good customer service to all not just some.
Can't comment on the food but the online store hours are incorrect and when you pull up there are no store hours posted. It's Sunday at 5:30pm. Then I hear the cashier explaining to a customer how she was slammed and was short staffed so part of her order is either incorrect or not available. Bad business. Oh and it's not posted how to order but you have to either order online or via a kiosk that probably EVERYONE is using during Covid pandemic) because the phone number listed is not in service and their only window is a pick up window. And it's also listed as the business address of a Popeyes. In a word...#Unprofessional
Order food I never received and never got my $65 refund even after speaking with them via email and phone. Hard to reach as well. I feel robbed and disappointed. This has been over 3 months ago!
Went here and they are no longer at the address but I was still able to order. My money was taken and order was confirmed. Please refund my money. The number isn’t working as well.
If you order thru the website it will take your order and your money, but the restaurant is closed and you don’t find that out until you go to pick up your food
