This place is closed and should be removed from googles list it’s been out of business since 2020
A formerly Fabulous place! Simply marvelous dinner club. Met the owners. Such a handsome couple and really nice people, thoroughly professional. Nice menu with well prepared food. Hardworking food and drink servers. Long narrow space with star DJ Kemit upfront on a pedestal. Long sidecar type bar! Jazzy. Upstairs private party room. I loved it. Crowded. You are going to be VERY close so don't come if you have issue with that. Cool people, a lot of everybody. And people still just stand in place and dance. I always made my way to the front, connect with the DJ. Big fun that. So cool. And now I find that this beautiful old building, a cultural touchstone in what’s left of inner city Atlanta has collapsed, probably due to construction errors demolition blasting! in the area. Just another ugly reminder that Atlanta undervalues and overbuilds in its glut for money. The city seems intent on tearing down everything worth keeping and replacing it with greed and robotic people. So upset this morning. Tears for the Sound Table community
The food is simply amazing! The spices and herbs are delightful! Coupled with there execution is really splendid. The acoustics and music is riveting!! I have enjoyed myself thoroughly in this establishment!!
Every time I’m in Atlanta rum punch Sunday is the besttttttt place to come and dance to great music, Caribbean vibez, and even better shrimp tacos. It usually brings out a great crowd of all kinds of beauty.
