Great place, charming staff. We took a discovery formula, service in 6 courses and 1 night. The room was spacious and well equipped. A pleasant relaxing moment at the pool by the very relaxing river. Regarding the meal, no false note is excellent and surprising. A subtle taste of wild plants to be discovered and a point of excellence on the foie gras with apple. Great ground floor and very friendly staff. Breakfast very well garnished. Concerning the room (very spacious), unpleasant odor of enclosed, light that does not work, no pressure and little hot water in the shower, shredded tapestry and rather bizarre decoration.. damaging because the frame is very pleasant.

Just at the foot of the beautiful city of Conques, in a green setting and by the river, the Moulin is a pretty stone building where you can enjoy the noise of the water, the song of the birds and the croassement of the frogs. We enjoyed the cuisine that has a true personality around the plants with beautiful gustative surprises. The leader has the look that illuminates as soon as he speaks of his morning picks and generously shares his inspirations. The whole team is very professional, attentive and pleasant. We were particularly well advised by the sommelier who made us make great discoveries. The portraits at the entry of the different suppliers are a great initiative and development of all stakeholders in the value chain. We intend to come back quickly and keep an excellent memory of this stay for a birthday.
