Salsa's Cafe - Converse

The service at this restaurant is excellent and friendly, the coffee is good, and the tortillas are amazing! We stopped by on a whim and were pleasantly surprised by the family atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. My husband ordered the American three meat plate and was amazed by the generous portion of meat. I had the tacos and they were delicious. The salsa was also very tasty!

The portions at this restaurant are generous and the prices are competitive. This hidden gem feels just like homemade food cooked by grandma!

Do you want a tasty gordita? Let me tell you, you have to try the picadillo gordita a la carte. It's so good.

Only there was a star because the website did not place me to post. I don't know about all the others, but they recycle food, they don't really visit customers. I don't see how others share a great experience. from outside to inside.

Always able to enjoy a small bowl of chicken soup or as they tell me here in San Antonio, caldo I add a squeeze of a slice or two of lime and a small side of sliced Serrano peppers, just ask your nice wait-person.
