This café, run by volunteers, supports former members of the British Armed Forces through donations. They offer a variety of hot and cold drinks as well as a limited selection of sandwiches and cakes. It is open to everyone.
The staff is friendly, the food and drinks are delicious, and the prices are very affordable.
Ok, the menu is not exhausting, but what is available is good. if they want to pay much less for their drinks and snacks than most other places of the city, and not to fight even though the masses, then this is the place to come. they will also support a worthy thing.
What a wee gem of a good place. We came across it by accident when going to Venue Cymru in Llandudno. You'll find it behind the theatre at the end of the coach parking area. We thought it was for the coach drivers, and were pleasantly surprised to see it was a cafe, but no ordinary cafe. It's main purpose is to support ex forces personnel, consequently the cafe is decked out with military photos and paraphernalia. It feels like a trooper's room. The staff are friendly, the food is basic but delicious. I enjoyed a bacon and egg sandwich followed by a custard slice with a difference absolutely yummy. Please give the Troops a try when you visit Llandudno and you'll also be supporting a worthwhile cause.
