Contribuisci feedbackThis use to be my favorite Chipotle location, I actually live closer to the Wesley Chapel location but prefer coming here because the food taste a lot fresher. Today I was extremely dissatisfied, I?m guessing they have new management now? 1) I always come here on my lunch break and usually have a wonderful experience from the food to friendly customer service! But today the customer service was horrible, no one seemed happy to work there and they didn?t take there time putting the orders together. I watched them quickly and sloppily throw together each persons bowl, and take multiple orders at once instead of taking the time to ensure each customer was satisfied before moving on to the next. I understand it?s busy at lunch but don?t let your attitude affect the quality and service I loved about this place. 2) This was the nastiest bowl I?ve ordered from here, the food taste old and my food was soaked in bean juice because they didn?t take the time to drain the beans before putting it in the bowl. I enjoy eating pico with my chips and the tomatoes are usually firm and fresh tasting but today it was soft and mushy and old tasting like a chemical as if they cut them 3 days ago and left them sitting out all night, I had to completely throw them away and just eat the chips. 3) This place was just overall disappointing and waste of my time and money.
Food was hot, fresh, and good. Service was good as well. Dining area was a little messy but from how busy they were I understand that. This was my first time trying Chipotle and I'll definitely be coming back.
Horrible customer service and staff are rude! 1.5 hours until closing and no chips, corn, cheese and everything else running out. If you?re closing early, just close. No need to stay open and not restock the food with a line full of customers. Both women at the register were very rude when asked to substitute for missing items. I walked out. I will not spend money for poor service and what you choose to make available. I haven?t eaten Chipotle since the food contamination issue and clearly I need to stay away.
I?ve never had a bad experience with customer service. However when I place a pickup order it?s never ready. In addition to that the rice has not been cooked for a while. They keep serving hard rice. I?ve had to stop going here for a while. I tried to give it another chance and yet again the rice was not cooked fully.
This is the fourth time I come between 9:30 and 9:40 and they always claim is closed already or tell me to order online, and when I try to order online they also claim they?re not able to make an order because it?s too late. I understand trying to close early so they can clean but it?s so just so often. Or just update the website to 9:30 instead of 10:00 and every time it happens it?s not just me, it?s multiple people at the door who are told to cancel their orders or just that they?re closed. Do better please.
