Mcdonald's - Conyers

After taking my order, he noticed a little boy, around 6 or 7 years old, who approached the counter and asked for some ketchup. The young man asked the boy how many he needed, and the boy replied, “a couple.” The young worker handed him two packets, but sensing the boy still wanted more, he asked, "Did you mean a few?" and then pulled out three more packets. The boy's face lit up, as if to say, “That’s better!” The young man then patiently explained to him, “Remember this: a couple is 2, a few is 3 to 5, and several is more than that!” He handed the boy a handful of ketchup, and the boy smiled brightly as he returned to his table. I told the young man that he might want to consider a career in teaching, to which he replied with a smile, “Both of my parents are teachers! I might be an art teacher!” What a wonderful young man! Kudos to his parents for raising such an impressive individual! I just wish I had caught his name so that I could inform the management about how amazing he was. I think I’ll give them a call today; I'm sure they’ll know who he is!

This McDonald's stands out for its cleanliness and the friendliness of its staff. I find that my food orders are nearly always accurate when I use the drive-thru. The managers are attentive and quickly address any food or order concerns. On the downside, seating can feel a bit tight during busy times, and trainees might take longer to prepare orders or have difficulty getting special drink requests correct. Additionally, there are occasional instances when their card payment system is down, so they only accept cash. Overall, it's a welcoming and comfortable McDonald's.

The process was quick and convenient. I ordered and dined inside, and when I arrived, there was no queue. My food was served promptly, making for a very enjoyable experience.

The service here was excellent, as always, but this time I noticed that some of my items were missing. The two drinks and a McChicken I ordered weren't in the bag. Usually, I would have gone back to get them after getting home, but I was running late from work and just wanted to unwind at home. Overall, though, it wasn't a bad experience. The rest of our food was hot, and they got my customizations right, which was more important to me. So, I can overlook the $3 that was missing from the bag. I'll keep coming here, but I think I'll start checking my bag before I leave.
