Subway - Conyers

I'm not sure if it's due to being understaffed or something else, but we went to pick up an Uber Eats order before 9:30 PM. The hours posted on the door and on Google indicated that they close at 10 PM, but the door was locked, and the employee ignored us. As a result, we had to cancel our order. If they claim to be open until 10 PM, they should actually be open at that time; if not, they need to update their hours!

The sandwich was fantastic, but the chocolate chip cookies were incredibly stale—I had to spit out my first bite. On the other hand, my oatmeal cookie was delicious. I was disappointed to find that prices have doubled; the half sandwich alone now costs what a value meal used to. Adding chips and a drink now costs nearly an extra $4.00.

I ordered The Monster, and the steak was tender and delicious. The bread was fresh, but they forgot the bacon, and the cheese portion was smaller than expected—not the double amount that was indicated on the menu. If not for that, it would have been perfect.

Had an awesome experience tonight. The young lady and gentleman were both super sweet and helpful, even offered to put some vinegar in a cup for me since they were out of vinegar packets. Wish I had gotten their names but thank you both!

The food is great but why does it have to be FREEZING in there all the time? It's basically a take-out place since you'd have to be having some serious hot flashes to want to eat inside. You practically need a winter coat just to wait in the long line!
