Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Conyers

I had a lovely experience at the restaurant. The staff at the register were friendly, and the food was prepared and delivered in a timely manner. The Bahama Mama smoothie was fantastic, just as I expected!

It's a decent restaurant. The service could definitely be a bit friendlier, but overall, it's a nice place to visit. I have no complaints about the wait time; my order is always ready and waiting for me by the time I get there.

Additionally, I suggest that management instructs the team to maintain a consistent music playlist that features beachy, upbeat, and family-friendly tunes. It was evident that the staff played whatever music they preferred, which might not always be suitable for families with children. On a positive note, the smoothie was fantastic! However, there is a significant need for improvement in customer service.

I’ve never had to wait this long at a TSC. We usually order ahead of time but even so, it doesn’t take long to whip up a smoothie and/or a quesadilla. We got our smoothies pretty quickly and they tasted good per usual but we waited almost an hour to get our food. Luckily we don’t live in the area so we will not be back.

Kasim served me and made my order this morning. Best super greens wrap I’ve ever had from them! The mango magic is always on point so no complaints with that. He also gave me a discount and my food came out fast so thank you for your hard work. ??
