They knew their regulars by name. Cons: No nutrition information about any of the food, no seasoning on the fries, if you don't like small spaces then the inside is not for you.
Love this place. Imagine a Krystal or White Castle, but better AND local. The staff is so friendly. The burgers are fresh, and it's cool getting to watch them cook them. The onions add tons of flavor and I love that they're soft enough they don't affect the texture. Onion rings were really good, but I didn't really enjoy the fries as they were a little plain for my taste. I will definitely be back for breakfast.
This has been one of my favorite places to eat since the late 70 's when I went to Tennessee Tech. Over forty years later they 're still serving up the best tasting burgers, fries and breakfast in the same location. The counter stools are likely the same ones I sat on as an obnoxious, inebriated frat boy at 2am trying to sober up while consuming 'gutbombs ' and 'grease sticks '. Now as a responsible adult I apologize to staff and employees for being so disgusting and disrespectful. But I promise to be polite and respectful every time I visit in the future, cause I crave those mini burgers from Texas!
Finally!!! A place to get mini burgers that isn't Krystal's (yuck) It's clean, they're super friendly, it's fun to watch the food being cooked in front of you as it's counter seating. Can't wait to bring the hubby!
Its been a long time business thats been going ever since I was a little kid. I can remember when it was first built, then burned and rebuilt. Still the same great taste in mini burgers ever since day one. It brings back a lot of great memories of my childhood every time I eat there.
