Quiznos - Cookeville

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars mainly because the employee who assisted me was a vegetarian and recommended his own custom veggie sandwich. It was very generous of him to share that suggestion. Excellent customer service really makes a difference! While I wasn't particularly impressed with the sandwich for the reasons I mentioned earlier, the staff member's friendliness influenced my rating positively. Without his kindness, I would have only given it 2 stars. The restaurant was quite dirty, the bathroom was closed, and the food itself was mediocre. However, as I mentioned, the outstanding customer service left a lasting impression.

Quiznos truly deserves more recognition than it often receives, as it's a bit off the beaten path, but it's absolutely wonderful! The restaurant boasts an impressive layout, including a rooftop deck and outdoor seating. I have to emphasize that the customer service is exceptional. I recently used Quiznos for a catering order and was extremely pleased with the experience. I will definitely be coming back!

I was surprised to find that this location is still operating, especially since so many others have closed for good. The food was fantastic! The restaurant was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. I will certainly be returning!

Very good and quick for a heated sub shop. Lots of options with different breads, soups, and salads. Outdoor and indoor seating.
