Finally went inside to an empty restaurant to be told the drive through is “broken” The young employee was very rude and couldn’t have cared less if we were waited on or not. Definitely won’t be back. They could have at least put a sign on the menu outside that the speaker didn’t work.
Dirty, bread was burned, meat was rubbery. When I asked for a refund they refused and said I would have to contact Subway Corporate Headquarters because they can't issue refunds locally. What a bunch of bull.... I will never go there again.
One sweet lady working here. This subway of course is located at a very busy intersection next to a new truck stop. 1 person per shift isn’t going to cut it. Stop being greedy and get this sweet lady some help.
Not a great day at subway today… I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have bacon (added extra) and double cheese and was supposed to be toasted (the garlic aoli chicken something on the menu). I have a bad reaction when there’s too much sauce so I always ask for very little. The girl put plain chicken on and half the cheese (not double) and no bacon, then immediately poured the sauce on. No extra cheese and no bacon. And not toasted. And loss of sauce. I asked if it’s supposed to be toasted BEFORE the sauce and she said the toaster isn’t working, it’s only warming. So I asked if it would warm the bacon she didn’t put on or melt the double cheese she didn’t put on. She didn’t add the extra cheese and hesitantly added a single slice of bacon. You’d think the extra cost was from her own pocket. Some people just have bad days I guess.
