This restaurant offers the authentic Southern BBQ experience that they were searching for. Every part of the meal was outstanding. The baked beans were delicious and seemed to have never been near a can. The potato salad was top-notch and deserving of an award. The brisket was beautifully smoked and the depth of flavor was reminiscent of layers in the sky. I was initially concerned that the pork shoulder would be dry due to its thinness, but it turned out to be juicy with a complex flavor profile similar to the brisket. To top it off, the meal can be finished with a sweet tea or their favorite brew. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience that felt like a well-crafted story by a local author.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for after-hours dining! You don't want to miss it. I highly recommend trying the shoulder, bratwurst, or ribs. Year after year, this place continues to impress with its delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Be sure to ask Kent for his nightly recommendation when you visit!

The prices were affordable and the staff was friendly. However, I was not a fan of the food I ordered - the ribeye steak and brisket were not impressive. On the other hand, my wife really enjoyed her street tacos. Overall, the restaurant was decent, but not amazing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Beyond that, eating is amazing. all we had was delicious, classic BBQ favorites with some fantastic upgrades in aromen and toppings. will eat again! (food was so good that we didn't leave a scrap)

Came here a week ago, and fell in love specifically with the cowgirl nachos…YUM the negative reviews must be fluke circumstances because everyone around my family and I were all happy and enjoying the AMAZING food in front of them. Considering how high meat prices are today(and everything else), the combo plates are a good value for good meat. The girls at the front counter are amazing. Even though the restaurant was insanely busy, they still had a smile on their faces despite being stressed and still managed to check on our table. The QR code was a little confusing but it ended up giving us the opportunity to talk with the girl at the front desk which was a great experience. Keep up the good work!
