Mon's On Darby - COOKS HILL

The Thai food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and authentic. The portion sizes are very generous, and I especially enjoyed the tom yum, curry noodles, and cashew nut chicken.

The staff was friendly and the food was good, but I was surprised to find an elastic band in my green curry. It didn't enhance the flavor and was quite chewy. However, I commend the chef for their creativity with unconventional ingredients. The menu advertised Montieths Cider, but they actually served Somersby.

I have visited Mon's on Darby multiple times and it never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly and prompt. I highly recommend it to anyone craving tasty Thai cuisine. The portion sizes are very generous, allowing you to share a meal if you're on a budget. They also provide unlimited rice by checking on you periodically during your meal. Overall, I would give it a rating of 9 out of 10.
